Frequently asked questions

Will users experience downtime during the migration?
No. We use coexistence and staged batches so mailboxes keep sending and receiving throughout. The final cutover per user is near-instant.
Which Exchange versions can you migrate from?
Any supported on-premises Exchange (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) and hosted Exchange, as well as tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 moves.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on mailbox count and data volume. We size it in the assessment. Small estates take days; large ones run in scheduled batches over weeks.
Do you migrate public folders, shared mailboxes and calendars?
Yes, including shared mailboxes, public folders, calendars, contacts and rules, plus permissions and delegations.
